The service
CALHANS Outdoor Studio provides landscape planning, informational and visualization tools. We are not a licensed landscape architecture firm and do not provide engineering, surveying, utility location or architectural services. See our Landscape & Horticultural Disclaimer for details.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the property information you provide. One account may manage multiple properties and plans.
Purchases
Explore is free. Design ($29) and Studio ($59) are one-time digital purchases, not subscriptions. Purchasing an upgrade unlocks the corresponding features for the landscape plan it was purchased for. See our Refund & Purchase Policy for details on refunds.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to upload content you do not have the right to upload, or to attempt to access another customer's account, properties, photographs or plans.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
